Whichever creative level you choose, your group receives the complete Violet’s Crayon party experience. The tier determines the scope and materials of the featured project—not whether the celebration feels special.
All three options include the same warm, private celebration. Moving up a level adds project time, specialty materials, personalization and creative complexity.

The difference is primarily in the creative project itself. Higher levels allow for more specialty materials, more steps, more detail and a more substantial finished piece. You’re not paying extra just to make the same party feel complete—it already is.

Yes. You may bring food, non-alcoholic drinks and cake or cupcakes for your celebration. We’ll discuss timing and setup details with you before the event.
Tell us your estimated number of participating guests in the inquiry form. We’ll confirm whether the studio and selected project can comfortably accommodate your group before booking.
Often, yes. Many projects can be personalized through colors, details or theme-inspired elements. More extensive customization may require a Signature or Premier experience and depends on timing and materials.
No. The form begins the conversation. We’ll confirm availability, project options, pricing and party details with you. The date is reserved only after the required deposit is received.
The appropriate adult arrangement depends on the children’s ages, group size and party format. We’ll discuss what will work best and confirm expectations before the celebration.
Party and private-event deposits are nonrefundable because your date is reserved exclusively and planning begins once your booking is confirmed. With at least 21 days’ notice, the deposit may be transferred once to another available event date within 12 months.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made fewer than 21 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or studio credit.
