We keep our pricing simple. Choose your event tier, tell us your guest count, and we’ll help match the project to your group.
For children’s birthday parties, pricing is per participating child. For adult or mixed-age events, pricing is per participating guest.
Classic Create Party
10-maker minimum
90 minutes
A fun, easygoing creative celebration with a guided project that works well for younger artists, casual groups, or families looking for a simple and sweet studio experience.
Great for projects like canvas painting, treasure boxes, slime, bracelet making, seasonal crafts, tote decorating, and other playful hands-on projects.
Includes:
- Private studio time
- Guided creative project
- All project materials
- Setup and cleanup
- Time for food, cake, or snacks
- A finished project for each maker to take home
- A themed photo backdrop when appropriate
- A personalized studio marquee message when appropriate
- One guaranteed claw machine prize for each participating child
Signature Studio Party
10-maker minimum
2 hours
Our most popular party and event option. This tier includes a more detailed creative project, extra materials, and more time to enjoy the celebration.
Great for birthdays, tween and teen parties, moms’ nights, scout troops, and creative group gatherings.
Project options may include 3D geode canvases, charm-decorated mirrors, frames, or keepsake boxes, patch pouches, glow art, dreamcatchers, mixed-media projects, and more.
Includes:
- Private studio time
- Guided creative project
- All project materials
- Setup and cleanup
- Time for food, cake, photos, or socializing
- A finished project for each maker to take home
- A themed photo backdrop when appropriate
- A personalized studio marquee message when appropriate
- One guaranteed claw machine prize for each participating child
Premier Art Event
10-maker minimum
2 hours
A more elevated creative experience with premium materials, custom project options, or more detailed multi-step projects. This is a great choice for older kids, tweens, teens, adults, and groups looking for something extra special.
Project options may include premium textured canvases, jewelry and charm bar experiences, fashion or accessory projects, custom themed art, mixed-media keepsake pieces, or a project designed around your group.

- Premium guided creative project
- All project materials
- Setup and cleanup
- Time for food, cake, photos, or socializing
- A finished project for each maker to take home
- A themed photo backdrop when appropriate

Food, Cake & Celebration Flexibility
We want your event to feel easy.
Families and groups are welcome to bring their own food, snacks, cake, cupcakes, and drinks. For birthday parties, you may bring your own paper goods, decorations, and simple table decor.
Want less to manage? Ask us about simple add-ons such as pizza, drinks, goodie bags, or themed setup options.
Please let us know about any allergies, special needs, or food considerations before your event.
A Picture-Perfect Party Moment
We love making parties feel special from the moment guests walk in.
For birthday parties and similar celebrations, we set up a themed photo backdrop when appropriate and can add a personalized message to our studio marquee, such as “Happy Birthday Emma!”
Backdrop themes, marquee messages, and styling may vary based on the type of event, age group, and available setup options. If you have a specific theme in mind, let us know when you reach out.
A Little Extra Party Fun
Kids love our studio claw machine, and it adds a fun prize moment to the celebration.
For children’s parties, each participating child receives one guaranteed claw machine prize. That means every party guest gets to enjoy the excitement and go home with a prize.
Want to make it extra special? Ask us about stocking the claw machine with themed or specialty prizes for your event for an added fee.

Project Ideas
For Kids
Canvas painting, slime, treasure boxes, fairy houses, seasonal crafts, tote bags, bracelets, mixed-media art, and colorful hands-on projects.
For Tweens & Teens
3D geode canvases, charm-decorated mirrors, glow art, charm bars, patch pouches, textured canvas art, room decor, fashion accessories, and trend-inspired projects.
For Adults & Groups
Textured canvas art, jewelry and charm projects, mixed-media home decor, seasonal workshops, creative girls’ nights, private craft nights, and custom group projects.
Good to Know
- Events are best for 10–20 makers.
- Larger groups may be possible by request.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
- Final guest count is due 7 days before the event.
- The final balance is based on your confirmed guest count or the 10-maker minimum, whichever is greater.
- For children’s parties, each participating child receives one guaranteed claw machine prize.
- A parent or guardian for the birthday child must remain on-site during children’s parties.
- Guest parents may drop off for many children’s parties, depending on age and project type.
- For younger children, adult assistance may be helpful.
- Themed photo backdrops and personalized studio marquee messages are included for birthday parties and similar celebrations when appropriate.
- Simple decorations are welcome.
- Please check with us before bringing large decorations, confetti, glitter, or anything that needs to be attached to walls.
- Custom or themed claw machine prizes may be available by request for an added fee.
