Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited space in our classes and events, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive studio credit that can be used toward a future booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refund or credit.

If Violet’s Crayon cancels a class or event, guests will receive the option of a full refund or studio credit.
